Shawn Gaide - Vice President Co-Owner
Shawn Gaide has lived in Westcliffe since 1980 and is known across Custer County for his expertise in excavation, land management, and forestry. With more than 20 years running Colorado Forestry & Earthworks, Shawn specializes in site prep, septic, and environmental planning—making him the backbone of Valor’s development services. His deep local knowledgeensures projects are built right the first time, tailored to Colorado’s rugged terrain.

Marcy Gold - Administrative Services Manager
Marcy Gold brings a strong background in business management, client relations, and operations to her role as Administrative Services Manager at Valor Development. She oversees bookkeeping, client communications, and day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all aspects of the business.

A resident of Westcliffe since 2001 and a proud mother of three, Brenda’s deep-rooted connection to the community fuels her dedication to serving its members.

RJ Hillman - Development Manager
RJ Hillman oversees all field operations for Valor Development with a strong emphasis on precision, accountability, and craftsmanship. As a boots-on-the-ground leader, he plays a key role in coordinating construction crews, managing daily site activity, and maintaining close communication with clients and subcontractors throughout the building process.
