Together we bring over 40 years of experience in custom home building, barns, stables, arenas, excavation, and commercial steel construction. Warren Gold - President | Founder
Warren Gold, a U.S. Army service disabled combat veteran, brings integrity and precision to every build. With decades of leadership in construction, land development, and operations; including leadership roles at Starbucks Coffee Co, Overhead Door Corp, and Ultravision Media, Warren has overseen residential, commercial, and government construction projects nationwide.
At Valor, he focuses on site development and turnkey building solutions. Locally, he leads with integrity, ensuring Westcliffe, Silver Cliff, and Southern Colorado clients get the attention and craftsmanship they deserve.

Marcy Gold - Director of Operations
Marcy Gold brings a strong background in business management, client relations, and operations to her role as Director at Valor Development. She oversees client communications, project management and day-to-day client experiences, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all aspects of the business.

Her diverse experience in managing teams, real estate, client support, and streamlining operations allows her to provide the organizational backbone that supports Valor’s complex design and build projects.
Phillip Wolff - Construction Manager
Phillip Wolff serves as Construction Manager for Valor Development, leading field operations and overseeing day-to-day construction activities to ensure every project is built safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect.
Working closely with the project management team, Phillip helps keep projects on schedule while maintaining the quality craftsmanship that defines Valor Development. Phillip is proud to serve the Southern Colorado community as part of Team Valor.​
Tony Davis - Architectural Designer
Tony leads the design process for Valor Development as our Licensed Building Designer, working closely with clients to transform ideas into practical, efficient, and buildable plans.
​
His hands-on approach continues throughout the project, collaborating with the field team to ensure every detail aligns with the original design. Tony’s experience designing for Colorado’s mountain communities allows him to create homes and structures that are both beautiful and built to last, reflecting the craftsmanship, precision, and care that define every Valor project.
Jason Hemsath - Project Manager
Jason brings over 30 years of hands on construction experience to Valor. Having worked with some of best builders in the United states on both residential and commercial projects, his knowledge and willingness to train new crew members ensures that no matter the project, you can rest assured that your build will be done right, every time.

Outside of work Jason enjoys spending quality time with his children and enjoying outdoor pursuits.
Rod Rivera - Project Manager
Rod is a former Marine with over 10 years of experience building and managing residential and commercial projects. He began his career framing new-construction homes, often completing two to three homes per week, before expanding his experience to decks, custom homes, tiny homes, and multifamily projects.
​
He later advanced to a commercial foreman role, working on luxury apartment developments with more than 200 units. Rod is a certified machine operator and holds First Aid/CPR, OSHA 10 & 30, and rigging certifications. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
