Standard building kit features include:

• 8’, 10’, 12’ and 14’ eave heights

• Zincalume plus steel interiors

• Available in 20’, 24’, 28’, 32’, 36’, 40’, 44’, 48’, or 60’ widths

• Includes one set of sliding doors

• Gable Design Roof with 3/12 pitch

• Maximum roof loads of 60# on free-span buildings and roof only structures (excluding 60’ buildings)

• Pre-engineered, modular design delivered to your build site

Our Wall Finishes utilize 26 gauge pre-painted, embossed, laminated steel. Zincalume® is standard for the interior wall, and customer can pick exterior color. Available colors are shown below.

Our Roof and Wall Panels are coated with today’s most sustainable Energy Efficient, UV Resistant, and High Performance finishes.

Valor Development offers fully engineered and stamped foundation plans at no cost when you purchase from us. In addition, our buildings come with foundation anchor bolts as part of the building cost, and we can install any building system we sell, and we offer custom interior finish out including MEP’s.
